We support 2 types of engagement with this program.

(a) Contract 2 Hire 

This is an ideal option for you if you are unsure of the FTE role and are exploring possibilities. This also helps retain the knowledge that was gained when the person was on-boarded and trained for the time of the project so there is no additional on-boarding / training necessary when they are converted from being a contractor to a full-time employee.

(b) Direct Full-Time Hire

In this option, we act as an extended arm for your HR managers and Specialists where we work closely with your teams to identify the requirement and skills needed for the full-time hire and then try and find the talent, pre-screen, interview, and help them get on-boarded. There is a one-time fee for each successful candidate that you end up hiring.
